The principal way we as a congregation respond to God in worship is through music. Since that time in the Old Testament era when God instructed King David to establish and organize a music ministry, believers have called and trained those gifted for music to help them sing God’s praise. That is what we do in music ministry here at First Presbyterian Church. Let us tell you about these service opportunities and invite you to join us if you have any gift for music.

Instrumentalists are encouraged to put their talents to use in the ministry through a number of playing opportunities. String, brass and woodwind players are regularly used, as are guitarists and pianists. These opportunities include playing for choirs, worship services and in Sunday School. Just let us know your availability and we will put you to work.
